At Chase Field the Caracas Leones outdistanced the Dublin Pubcrawlers by a
final score of 7 to 3.
In the top of the 5th inning Caracas scored 4 runs when they came up with 4
base hits. The crucial at-bat was provided by Marcell Ozuna who silenced the
crowd when he cleared the fences for a two-run home run. Caracas finished
with 10 hits in the victory.
Kevin Gausman(6-6) went 5 innings allowing 2 runs for the win. Gausman got
help from Joakim Soria who earned his 3rd save. The loss was charged to
Steven Brault(6-5).
