Heffalumps staged a comeback win over the Aarlington Aardvarks by the count
of 11 to 9.
Holland scored the decisive runs in a big 9th inning when they scored 5 runs
on 3 hits. The crucial at-bat was provided by Arenado who silenced the
stadium when he doubled clearing the bases. Aarlington scored in 5 different
innings, but their shaky pitching kept them from victory.
Tyler Anderson(8-10) got the win allowing 2 runs in 3 innings. Brad Hand(5-3)
absorbed the loss in relief. He surrendered 2 hits and 3 walks in 1 inning.
Steve Seydell was all smiles after the game, 'To pull a game out in your last
at bats, is a beautiful feeling - and did you see how quiet it got out there?
You could have heard a pin drop when we took the lead. But, hey, that's what
